By downloading and using SommSnap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use SommSnap. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SommSnap only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Share your account with others
• Use the app to harass or harm others

6. Content and Recommendations

SommSnap provides wine recommendations for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of recommendations and encourage responsible consumption of alcohol.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SommSnap are owned by TrueSource Systems LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SommSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
